WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

STEP 1: Place your order and enter in the personalization box:

First you need to put your pet's name

Second write your font choice 

STEP 2: Send us a high-quality photo. We’ll respond within 24 hours with the first draft — please see Image 5 for our photo guide.

STEP 3: Once the illustration is approved, we will send you a high-resolution JPEG digital file of your portrait in A4 size (8.3 x 11.7 inches) unless you requested a different size.

STEP 4: You can now print your portrait at home or send your file to a local or online print shop.

 SIZE:

You will receive a high-resolution A4-sized JPEG digital file (300 dpi) by default, which can easily be resized to fit any photo frame.
If you'd like a different size, just let us know by entering the desired dimensions in the personalization box at checkout.

 PAPER & PRINTING:

These portraits can be printed on any type of paper, but thick satin paper or cardstock is ideal.
